Azienda International Company specialized in investments in Renewable Energy based in Rome Descrizione Lavoro Duties and Responsibilities Evaluation of potential investments and divestments, including: - Development and management of financial models; - Support & create analysis for live/pipeline transactions (operational and development projects); - Assist in managing and reviewing due diligence, including the management of financial, legal, and technical advisors; - Assist in the writing of Investment Committee and Board papers; - Support in the supervision and monitoring of existing investments working closely with the finance and technical teams; - Other analytical, research and modelling support for the team, including competitor analysis and market reviews; - Semi-annual valuations of fund portfolios, along with review of fund valuation models; - Preparation of client communication materials; - Participation in meetings with external counterparts; - Support and delivery of internal initiatives; - Performance analysis of investments to comply with regular reporting obligations.




As a member of a small team of executives you will be expected to participate in all aspects of the business which may include from time to time: presenting to Partners or Board meetings; providing support in investment preparation; supporting investor communications or promotions; supporting financing, compliance and investment activities of the business.
Competenze ed esperienza Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience: - +4 year in Investment or Financing - Obtained at least a 2:1 Bachelors 's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering - Renewable Energy focused background - Economics or Business related experience - Financial & Analytical ability - Clear & concise written & verbal communication - Time management - Organised - Knowledge of Investment lifecycle, Renewable energy and Financial modelling - Willing to travel extensively - Fluent in English and Italian level, Spanish will be considered an advantage Completa l'offerta Perm Contract, salabry package based on the previous experience
