Main Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and resolve issues reported by users according to defined Service Level Agreement (SLA), interacting with various company Department

Respond to user requests and issues; log activities performed in the ticketing system

Resolve or elevate issues to second-level support, optimizing system performance while respecting predefined service levels (SLA)





Ensure service delivery in compliance with established service levels (slas)

Provide technical support for the installation and configuration of application software

Technical Skills and Soft Skills

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programs

Knowledge of Linux systems

SQL skills

Basic networking knowledge (communication protocols in Microsoft and Linux environments)

Education

High School Diploma in IT/telecommunications/electronics

Prerequisites and/or Experience

At least 1 year of experience in help desk or technical support

Excellent knowledge of English

Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus

Salary range

23 - 27K

The search is open to candidates of any gender pursuant to L.903/77 and L.125/91.
