On behalf of a multinational company active in the production of energy from renewable sources, we are looking for an O&M; Manager Italy.

The selected candidate will join a fast-growing international organization and will have overall responsibility for the Operation & Maintenance activities of the Italian asset portfolio, ensuring high standards of availability, safety, and technical and economic performance of the assets.

Main responsibilities

- Responsibility for the operational and maintenance management of hydroelectric, wind, and photovoltaic plants across the national territory;

- Coordination, supervision, and development of local O&M; teams, ensuring the achievement of operational, technical, and safety objectives;

- Accountability for the plants in accordance with company standards and current regulations, including EN 50110;

- Ensuring compliance with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) policies and standards, promoting a strong safety culture within the organization;

- Appointment androle as authorized representative under applicable Italian regulations;

- Management of emergencies and crisis situations, defining processes, procedures, and business continuity plans;

- Definition and control of the annual OPEX budget, monitoring costs, performance, and optimization opportunities;

- Strategic planning and supervision of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities, with a focus on continuous improvement of plant performance;

- Monitoring and analysis of technical and economic KPIs of assets, identifying corrective actions and efficiency initiatives;

- Management and negotiation of maintenance contracts and service agreements with suppliers and external partners;

- Coordination oftechnical procurement activities and support for investment decisions related to existing assets;





- Management of relationships with institutional stakeholders, regulatory bodies, local authorities, communities, and landowners;

- Support for technical due diligence activities, repowering, and integration of new assets into the company portfolio;

- Contribution tothe development and implementation of O&M; standards, processes, and best practices at an international level.

Requirements

- Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Energy, or equivalent) or technical diploma with significant sector experience;

- Proven experience (at least 7–10 years) in managing O&M; activities in the renewable energy, power generation, or energy infrastructure sectors;

- Experience in managing and coordinating technical teams distributed across the territory;

- Strong knowledge of technical, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to energy production plants;

- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, maintenance contracts, and suppliers;

- Strong results orientation, organizational and problem-solving skills;

- Leadership and ability to influence and develop multidisciplinary teams;

- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken;

- Availability for frequent travel nationwide;

- Category B driving license.
