Your tasks

- Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of complex test yield and quality issues. Optimize test processes to improve yield, throughput, uptime, and cost of test
- Analyse test data and trends using data driven methodologies to identify improvement opportunities and prevent escapes
- Define and enforce test process standards, best practices, and documentation.
- Support NPI activities, including test readiness, characterization, correlation, and production ramp
- Support customer and internal audits by providing technical expertise and documentation.
- Mentor and technically guide junior and mid-level engineers and act as a technical escalation point for critical manufacturing issues
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field




- Minimum of 7 Years Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing in a Test Product engineering role or equivalent position
- With experience on both Final Test and Wafer Sort test processes, LTX X-Series and DiamondX testers
- Knowledgeable in Digital and Mixed Signal test Methodologies
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, 8D, FMEA is an advantage
