The role helps translate business needs into clear requirements, supports delivery activities, monitors data product performance and collaborates with business, technical teams and external partners. /p h3Key Responsibilities and Activities /h3 h3DataPlatform, Modelling and Architecture Support /h3 ul liSupport data integration scope definition and documentation for Sales Marketing sources such as Nielsen, CRMs, external marketing agencies and commercial enterprise systems /li liContribute to data modelling by documenting entities, relationships, business definitions and use-case requirements /li /ul h3Data Reporting and Analytics Delivery /h3 ul liSupport delivery and enhancement of Sales Marketing Data Reporting Analytics solutions, including Power BI, Azure pipelines and Databricks /li liGather and validate reporting requirements, KPI definitions and analytical perspectives with business stakeholders /li liSupport testing, issue resolution, status updates and adoption of reporting enhancements /li /ul h3Data Pipeline Operations and Monitoring /h3 ul liMonitor refresh processes, pipeline execution and reporting availability for assigned data products /li liSupport investigation of data quality, refresh and reporting issues,
coordinating with technical teams as needed /li /ul h3Data Product Delivery and Business Alignment /h3 ul liSupport backlog, priorities and delivery activities for Sales Marketing data products /li liTranslate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation /li /ul h3Data Engineering, AI Enablement and Stakeholder Coordination /h3 ul liAssist in onboarding new data sources and documenting data flows, ingestion needs and processing logic /li liSupport reuse of semantic models and curated datasets for advanced analytics and AI-enabled use cases /li liCoordinate working sessions, documentation, action logs and follow-ups with IT, business teams and partners /li /ul h3Required skills and experience /h3 h3Experience Background /h3 ul li3-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI delivery, CRM analytics, commercial reporting or data product support /li liExperience with Sales Marketing, CRM, customer or commercial analytics use cases, preferably in a global environment /li liHands-on experience with requirements gathering, tech documentation drafting, testing, issue tracking and stakeholder coordination /li /ul h3Business Skills /h3 ul liGood understanding of Sales Marketing processes, CRM data, commercial KPIs and analytics-driven decisions /li liAbility to translate business needs into structured data, reporting and analytics requirements /li liStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail and clear communication with business and technical stakeholder /li /ul h3Technical Skills and Awareness /h3 ul liWorking knowledge of BI and analytics tools, preferably Azure, Power BI and Databricks /li liUnderstanding of data pipelines, ingestion, data modelling and data quality controls /li liAbility to collaborate with data engineers, architects, BI developers and external delivery partners /li /ul h3Key competencies /h3 ul liAnalytical mindset and ability to connect data outputs to business questions /li liStrong attention to detail, accuracy and documentation discipline /li liStructured problem-solving and ability to investigate issues methodically /li liGood stakeholder management and coordination skills in cross-functional environments /li liAbility to communicate data and analytics topics clearly to both technical and non technical audiences /li liPragmatic execution focus and ability to follow up on actions,
