The Innovation strategy is based on the complementarity of traditional R Supporting the project start-up phase through: Collection and formalization of requirements (business and technical) Definition of the Statement of Work (SoW) Structuring of the project plan, milestones, and KPIs Coordinating internal and external stakeholders, ensuring continuous alignment on objectives and progress, on project performance,

Requirements Master's degree in engineering or STEM disciplines Experience in Project Management, preferably on technological or innovation projects Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously Structured approach to project management (planning, tracking, risk management) Strong results orientation and solution scalability Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Problem-solving attitude and analytical thinking Preferred qualifications: Experience in Open Innovation contexts, startups, or collaboration with technological ecosystems Exposure to topics such as energy and digital transition (robotics, AI, cybersecurity) Familiarity with the maritime sector Ideal experience: 2–5 years in: Managerial roles in R
