Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team, which is dedicated to managing and strengthening relationships with national and international customers. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing comprehensive support throughout the sales and post-sales processes. Manage daily communications with customers, ensuring timely and effective support; Monitor orders, from receipt to delivery, ensuring compliance with the agreed timing and conditions; Coordinate with internal departments - logistics, commercial, production - to resolve any operational issues; Provide proactive customer support,
