**Reservation Agent** to join our booking office team at the
**Hotel Rosa Grand** in
**Milano**. The new team member will be an ambassador of our Starhotels family, sharing our passion to provide an elegant and warm Italian hospitality service to our valued guests. As a Reservation Agent of our Hotel Rosa Grand you will be directly engaged in assuring that our guest reservation services will be delivered as expected, playing an important role in our guests' pre-stay experience. You will be expected to work in a team-oriented environment focusing on providing the highest customer satisfaction while working in a dynamic atmosphere where flexibility and passion are key elements.
- Excellent communication skills

- Good problem-solving skills
- Active listening skills and a confident communication style over the phone
- Ability to negotiate during incoming calls and careful management of every detail of each booking
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Excellent mastering of IT tools. The knowledge of MS Office and Opera are highly regarded
