This is a fully remote position. The LM is a crucial member of our organization, directly contributing to the success of our business. The roles involve reaching out and qualifying inbound leads, accurate reporting inside our CRM, identifying potential issues in our sales process, and communicating these to the team leader. **Compensation**:

As a lead manager for Ferocity Assets, your job is to be the first point of contact for all possible clients and determine if Ferocity Assets and the client are fit to work together. This means you will determine if our home-buying services will be helpful to the homeowner. On the call, you will take the client through our call process with the goal of setting them up for an appointment to receive an offer for their property.



If the client is not a fit for our service, then you will be responsible for following up with the client and further building the relationship, until one day, they do become a client.
