**BACK OFFICE & CUSTOMER CARE** **Posizione**:
**Main activities and responsibilities**: - **Constant communication** with internal and external **stakeholders** to ensure the proper functioning of the **supply chain**;
- Order placement;
- Operational management of merchandise **procurement **(raw materials or finished products).
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding delivery times and order status.
- **Shipping management**, customs, documentation.
- Maintaining constant contact with the Italian Sales Network to communicate the status of orders and manage urgencies;
- Ensuring **compliance **and correct technical documentation related to products.




- **Organizational support for trade fair and business trips**.
- After-Sales management.
- Reporting activities (Excel - Zucchetti software). **Requisiti**:
The ideal Resource has at least 3 / 5 years' experience in a similar role or as Inside Sales, in international product or industrial companies B2B.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
