startup and monitoring;
- Responsible for the NTW P&L; Area Nord Est;
- Developing and managing relationships with new customers/partners;
- Ensuring and monitoring Operative KPI; **What we need from you**: - Degree in Economics or Engineering
- 5 years of experience in Operations in Transport or Logistics Industry
- Fluent in English
- Effective communication skills / interpersonal understanding
- Negotiation skills and Customer orientation
- Achievement drive and initiative
- Flexibility and team player attitude
