To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for a **Head of Brand **to join our Marketing Team, with the **purpose** of **building a strong and consistent brand narrative which gets into our target market heads and heart**s. The Central brand team will build the strategic guidelines and work closely with the local marketing team as the brand ambassador to ensure localisation / adoption across all touchpoints (marketing, therapy experience, product, customer support, etc). **AS A HEAD OF BRAND YOU WILL**: - Lead all aspects of brand strategy, from developing a strong brand value proposition, to ensuring adequate implementation across Marketing (Search, Social Media, CRM, ATL), Product and Customer Support for both Patients and Therapists.
- Drive market research studies and the insights they bring, working with supporting agencies, sharing insights with other teams and through those insights uncover patient and therapists needs + pain points.
- Actively use consumer insights to deliver a strong positioning and narrative + key messages that enhance growth/ paid channels.




- Lead and grow the in-house creative / design team + coordinate external agency partners (design, marketing research).
- Be the brand ambassador/ expert that drives consistency across all marketing channels and product experience, working closely with the central product and local head of marketing.
- Plan and facilitate branding workshops with senior leadership and other teams (i would name some like tone of voice, personas).
- Develop a measurement framework for brand campaigns and how brand equity is contributing to short term results as well as long term ROI.
- This role will report to the CMO ️**YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE**: - Min 5+ years experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to use market and user research to deliver value proposition and positioning
- Eye for great design and user experience - experience managing a design team a plus
- Track record of success in scaling a brand's relevance and familiarity at international scale.
- Ability to effectively lead and provide thought leadership and direction to a global, cross-functional team
