**Overall Purpose of the Role** **Supporting the sales and client service team in the campaign forecast/ planning / execution and reporting. For example**: - Create Insertion Order with Administrative info.
- Take care of the Credit Check/Advisor process.
- Create and send Sales Order and to Adops team (specific mail/coding).
- Take care of the Creativity & Tags/Tracking process.
- Supporting finance in the ad-sales related invoices process.
- Check Tag/Tracking with Adops Sales/Adops.
- Support CS to keep the client’s folders on share updated with creatives, reports, Insertion Order, tracking, and all the needed materials.
- Supporting CS and finance in the invoices related process.

- Support CS on weekly campaign reports and EOP final report, weekly if needed.
- To check creative tech specs and tracking
- Approve creatives on Mission control daily. **Supporting / Updating tool & Sale System**

- Sales pitch deck - update in coordination with sales/CS team
- Track and monitor competition analysis.
- Support the sales team with organizing Roadshow/Meetings **Supporting the content promotion team**
- Help the content promotion team with Pitch decks, clients mapping, activities tracking.
- Providing ideas to connect Content promotion Pitches with Ad sales opps and vice versa during brainstorming sessions
- Make sure the relevant information between the team is shared. **Support the organization of the staff meetings across the integrated ad sales content promotion and affiliate sale team.** **Skills and Competences Required**
- Excellent excel Skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills.
- Background study in communication, advertising, or economics a plus
- Excellent standard of written English for business proposals
