APCO Worldwide, global Public Affairs, Advocacy and Pr agency, is looking for an Associate Consultant to join its Rome office and be involved in public affairs, advocacy lobbying projects, within the company multi-market Client network. **Profile**:
Key responsibilities would include: - Supporting and implementing a wide range of public affairs & advocacy projects and campaigns
- Conducting and analyzing research on a variety of client-related issues




- Producing flawless written deliverables under tight deadlines, such as key messages, bespoke reports, notes, etc.
- Taking ownership of public affairs efforts including fostering and cultivating stakeholders relations
- day-to-day support of client assignments, preparing client-ready materials for delivery and carefully reviewing the accuracy of information in deliverables provided by more junior team members.
- Mentoring and driving the work of interns and more junior staff
- Monitoring issues through the public, social and political scenario Attending and actively participating in client and internal meetings **Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Degree and/or post-graduate degree in any related fields to the role
- Ideally, between of 3 to 5 years' experience. Consultancy experience is required
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Excellent client and interpersonal skills; ability to manage independent client relationships and communicate effectively
