**THE INTERNSHIP**:
We are currently looking for an Intern who will join the Business Process Excellence Manager to support the implementation of Lean Methodologies and Continuous Improvement programs at site level. **We offer a 6 months internship with a possible 6-months extension
**Tasks & what you will be learning**: - Support the implementation of the methodology and help collect and analyze improvement ideas with business functions;
- Analyze and process data for the development of cross-functional improvement projects and support the optimization of information and materials flow along departments;
- Support working groups in the development of projects;
- Develop 5S in operating areas;
- At least theoretical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies not limited to: Standardized Work,



Process Mapping, A3 Problem Solving, VSM, OEE, 5S, Visual Management, Poka Yoke, SMED, War on Waste, Kaizen Event; **Requirements**: - Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related degree;
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge would be considered a plus;
- Good Excel knowledge;
- Fluent English level and Native level of Italian language;
- Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills;
- Analytical skills and negotiation skills; Good Team Work and Goal oriented;
