Analyse, define and implement the most efficient processes, tools, methodologies, and performance metrics, through a continuous improvement approach, fostering inter-functional collaboration, enduring the compliance with internal/external regulations, to drive simplification and standardization. **Your Mission**: - Support and/or drive the simplification and standardization, according to road-map, of Strategic Sourcing Processes assigned, securing consistency and alignment with Company Transformation programs and compliance with other domains' processes.
- Contribute and/or lead the Digitalization journey of Strategic Sourcing, identifying improvement opportunities including tool-kits, methodologies, trainings and programs for innovate the current operational activities.
- Contribute to process and procedure appliccability and improvement.




- Performance and Compliance KPIs harmonization and consolidation reporting.
- Maintain and update master data in Synertrade and SAP for equipment, spare parts, and suppliers.
- Effectively communicate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. **Your Profile**:
