**One-to-one tempo parziale assistant**:
We are searching for a one-to-one assistant as support to one of our middle-year students, primarily in the area of behavior management. The position requires adaptability, patience, and a very good knowledge of English and Italian, with French being desirable. Previous experiences in similar roles with middle school-aged children and some knowledge of Maths and/or science would also be preferable. You would: - Provide pastoral support to the student;
- Support the provision for the student in relation to social, emotional, and behavioral development,
- Challenge and motivate students, promoting and reinforcing self-esteem;
- Provide 1:1 support for students experiencing emotional/behavioral crises;
- Support the student when not working effectively within usual classroom routines;




- Support the student to make appropriate choices about their learning and behaviour. **Person specification**:
