ITALIAN REGIONAL OFFICE RESERVATION AGENT Main purpose:
Reports to: Regional Reservation Manager. Main duties & responsibilities: - Effectively use up selling and cross-selling techniques;
- Use appropriate product and experience description techniques;
- Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues. We offer: - Fixed-term contract (6 months) according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo.

- Technical Skills: Demonstrate technical competence and knowledge related to the role. Other requirements: - Previous experience as Reservations or Front Office Agent in hotels or tour operators;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian. A third language is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills with high-end clientele and good selling skills;
- Previous experience with hotel reservations software Opera;
