Main responsibilities:
Internal reporting related to profitability metrics, pipeline, closed opportunities and sustainability features. Managing and tracking the internal onboarding processes as well as the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Data and documents gathering, continuing interaction with the Onboarding teams as well as with the Compliance and Legal teams. Update and data maintenance of internal reporting systems. Support the Global Bankers in client’s analysis, presentations and memos for the Internal Committees, both for business and credit processes. Preparation of notes related to the Branch’s clients, providing the Global Bankers with useful information about company's financials,



relationship status and main opportunities in pipeline. Papers and Business Plans elaboration, liaising with Product Specialists, Asset Allocation and Risk teams in order to deliver the required documents for the internal approval process. Provide compelling financial and market analysis to support internal proposals and origination of new business. Collect and elaborate information related to macro environment, providing updates for the Coverage team. Preparation of commercial pitches and internal presentations. Main skills:
Must be fluent in Italian and English; Spanish would be an advantage Time management skills, ability to track and organize the workload Ability to be thorough and accurate, paying attention to details Adaptability and flexibility attitude Ability to collaborate proactively in problem solving Good communication and interpersonal skills 1-3 years experience in similar roles **Skills**:
