In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of quality assurance processes and procedures. **Responsibilities**: - Prepare and assess commercial product releases for compliance with specifications
- Investigate and identify root causes of process deviations
- Manage customer complaints and identify appropriate corrective and preventive actions
- Support in the preparation and management of customer and regulatory audits
- Operate in strict adherence to quality standards and company policies **Requirements**: - Degree in CTF, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field, or equivalent experience in the same domains.




- Knowledge of pharmaceutical production and quality control
- Familiarity with GMP/FDA regulations
- Proficiency in written and spoken Italian and English
