The impact you’ll have As the Internal Recruiter you will play a crucial role in the hiring process by sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talents for our global organization. You will be part of the Talent team at Group level and will also be exposed to a number of different internal projects.
- Covering a Group role, you will follow various recruitment projects in a lot of different functions. The attitudes and skills we’re looking for
- You have obtained a Master’s Degree.
- You have at least 3-4 years’ of experience in a Recruiting/Head Hunting role.




- You have excellent communication and organizational skills, you are proficient with applicant tracking systems, and you are able to devise sourcing strategies.
- You are proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- You are able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- You have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- You are positive, have high-energy, and a collaborative work style.
- You are fluent in English and Italian; your knoledge of Spanish will be considered a plus.
