The Role: The Junior Legal Counsel ensures accurate, timely and value added support to the team’s needs for all ReachCentrum service lines. Job Responsibilities: - Assisting with preparation of legal documents and contracts, assisting with the signature of legal documents
- Acting as a liaison among the business and legal for legal requests and coordinating the reviews
- Assisting with legal reviews and advice
- Conducting legal analysis and research
- Fluent spoken and excellent written English
- Good team player, meticulous, high attention to detail, proactive, with good communication skills
- Prior REACH Regulation knowledge is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- 1 to 2 years of experience
- Passed the bar exam or is not interested in passing the bar exam
- Proficiency in English written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to details and a commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
