We are currently seeking a **Financial Analyst** to join our Finance team, reporting directly to the **Finance Director**. This role will be responsible for supporting key financial processes including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while ensuring compliance with group accounting policies and procedures. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ** Financial Reporting**: Prepare periodic financial, economic, and balance sheet reports in accordance with group and company accounting procedures, in collaboration with the Finance Director.
- ** Budgeting and Forecasting**: Regularly update financial forecasts, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow, ensuring alignment with internal standards and timelines.
- ** Management Control**: Identify and analyze key success factors and business performance trends.
- ** Financial Sustainability Analysis**: Develop economic and financial models for specific purposes,



such as evaluating new investments or strategic initiatives.
- ** Accounting Operations**: Collaborate with the finance department on general and analytical accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and compliance with accounting, administrative, regulatory, tax, and corporate obligations, including the maintenance and printing of accounting records, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
- ** Internal Procedures**: Support the review, enhancement, and implementation of internal procedures under the guidance of the Finance Director to ensure alignment with group standards.
- ** External Relations**: Assist in managing relationships with external consultants, statutory auditors, internal audit teams, and financial institutions. **REQUIREMENTS**
- ** Degree in Economics** or equivalent.
- ** 3-5 years of experience** in a similar role, ideally in structured and modernly organized companies or professional firms.
- ** Fluency in English**, both written and spoken.
- ** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.**: - Strong ability to manage stress and meet tight deadlines; high level of flexibility and proactiveness.
