**MIXOLOGIST** Main purpose:
The Mixologist is in charge of creating and serving drinks and cocktails to Guests following the Company standards and procedures. The goal is to provide a luxury experience to our Guests mixing, garnishing and serving beverages.
Reports to: Bar Manager. Main duties & responsibilities: - Engage the Guests following Rocco Forte Hotels service standards and procedures.
- Have full knowledge of all spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, including glassware, garnishes, preparation methods, ingredients and portion sizes;
- Interact with Guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable drinks;
- Keep up with current industry trends;
- Have a great knowledge of alcohol history;
- Responsible of the cleanliness and tidiness of the Bar;
- Responsible of the equipment and supplies assigned to perform the service;
- Prepare cocktails for bar and restaurant Guests;
- Contribute to the achievement of economic targets of the bar;
- Ensure a positive and memorable experience for Guests through skilful bar tending and drink presentation;
- Comply with H&S; national rules and company instructions. We offer: - Fixed-term contract (1 year) according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo.

- Technical Skills: Demonstrate technical competence and knowledge related to the role. Other requirements: - English knowledge equivalent to level B1/B2;
- 3 years of professional experience in a similar role; working experience in well-known venues will be a plus;
- Mixology certifications will be a plus;
- Preferable evidence of self-development through specialized courses, conferences/workshops.
