**Designer Fixed Term Contract**
- Selection communication & design_ is part of Perfetti Van Melle - a global confectionary company and makers of global product brands.
- We are currently seeking for a junior Designer, for our Design Department based in Milan. **Duties and responsabilities**
- Works with Creative Team for developing innovative concepts and designs,
- Create design idea,
- Active partecipant in strategic planning and conceptual brainstorming,
- Manage “creative proposals” including logos and other visuals,
- Present concept and ideas to Designer Team **Skills required**
- Bachelor Degree
- Portfolio
- Good in English
- Experience Working with graphics software (i.e. Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Exhibit fexibility to work both indipendently and in a team
- Creative thinking, and design skills
- Good communication skills
- Artistic knowledge and Design teory background
- At least 1 year experience in the role
