It has established R&D; centers in China, Germany, the United States and Brazil. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Monitoring of promotional campaigns** and control of commercial investments (TCR - Total Commercial Remuneration).
- **Rebate management**: Issue sales-related invoices, preparing rebate reports.
- **Design and Implementation of commercial control processes**, in close collaboration with involved departments (e.g. campaigns, discount policies, dealer incentives, volume bonuses, etc.).
- **Support in dealer onboarding**, helping to define remuneration schemes and incentive models and analysis




- **Preparation and monitor commercial KPIs and development of reporting systems**(dashboards, profitability tracking, management reports)
- **Support in building the business model**: margin analysis per channel, break-even calculations, and financial evaluation of commercial and pricing decisions. **Required Skills and Qualifications**: - Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or similar fields.
- At least 3-year of experience in rebate management, preferably in the automotive industry or within complex start-up environments.
- Strong knowledge of margin analysis, and business planning tools.
- Ability to design controlling processes and structures from scratch.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and reporting tools; ERP system experience preferred (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
