We are now seeking a highly motivated and execution-oriented Transformation Manager to join our growing Transformation Support team. The role will be primarily focus, but not limited to supporting Private Equity Portfolio Companies during the holding period, driving end-to-end transformation programs aimed at delivering operational improvements, cost efficiencies, revenue growth initiatives, and ultimately maximizing investment returns. **Who you are**:
You are a senior transformation professional with a proven track record in leading complex, multi-functional programs across Private Equity portfolio companies or corporate environments. You excel at translating strategic plans into actionable operational plans,
blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities. You bring a deep understanding of technology-enabled transformations, having worked alongside C-level executives and/or Private Equity sponsors to drive performance improvement, operational efficiency, and value creation. You are technologically fluent, comfortable engaging with both business leaders and IT/technology teams, and skilled in structuring governance models that ensure delivery at scale. You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, managing multiple stakeholders while keeping a strong focus on impact and measurable results. **What you will be doing**:
Working across multiple companies, you will: - Translate Investment Thesis and Strategic Business Plans into Execution Plans: Lead the design, detailing, and execution of Value Creation Plans (VCPs), identifying and prioritizing operational improvement levers (e.g., revenue acceleration, cost optimization, working capital efficiency).
- Program Governance: Establish and manage robust program governance frameworks, including resource planning, budget allocation, risk management, and progress reporting to both PE sponsors and portfolio company leadership.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day execution across workstreams, ensuring teams meet milestones, KPIs, and financial targets.
- Technology-Enabled Transformation: Leverage your technology background to oversee or support the deployment of ERP systems,
data analytics platforms, and automation tools that enable operational efficiencies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for PE Operating Partners, C-level executives, and key functional leaders within portfolio companies.
- Financial Impact Tracking: Define baseline metrics, implement performance tracking dashboards, and ensure quantifiable realization of value levers.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and sustained adoption of new ways of working.
- Capability Building: Coach and mentor Transformation Analysts and client teams, fostering a culture of performance and accountability. **What you will bring**: - 7+ years of experience in complex program management and transformation leadership roles in management consulting or corporate organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs with P&L; impact.
- Strong technological literacy, with exposure to ERP implementation, digital enablement, or data-driven performance management tools.
- Fluency in program and project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models. Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to link operational initiatives to financial outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a proven ability to engage at CEO / CFO / COO / PE Operating Partner level.
- Analytical rigor combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
- Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory); other European languages are a plus. **Additional Skills**:
