**Building Management Systems (BMS) Package Manager** **€70,000 - €90,000 Basic**+ Flights + Tax Free Allowance + Accommodation **Belgium** Are you an experienced Building Management Systems (BMS) professional ready to take the lead on a hyperscale data centre project? Clear are partnered with a leading engineering contractor who have over 130 years of experience in the European construction industry. In this role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of BMS packages across high-profile and technically complex projects. You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams, oversee specialist subcontractors, and ensure successful delivery of intelligent, energy-efficient building systems that meet the highest industry standards. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage the end-to-end delivery of the BMS package on a hyperscale data centre project.
- Oversee design development, technical review, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and system start-up.
- Ensure BMS systems are delivered in line with project specifications, programme, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with in-house mechanical and electrical teams to align system integration and interface requirements.
- Review and approve all BMS-related technical submittals, ensuring compliance with project design and standards.
- Experienced in full lifecycle BMS delivery - from design to Level 5 commissioning.
- Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems and integration.




- Experience in BMS roles and in a leadership or package management positions.
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical and HVAC systems, and how they interface with BMS.
