**Project Manager**:
TXT e-Tech, a company belonging to the TXT Group, is looking for a Project Manager with experience in multi-project management, able to supervise the entire lifecycle of projects for different clients.
The resource will be responsible for the coordination of internal teams, planning of activities, economic and financial control of projects (costs, revenues, margins), management of documentation and communication with clients.
The person will be a point of reference between clients and internal teams, with a key role in ensuring successful delivery.
**Main responsabilities**:
Manage multiple projects in parallel for different clients, ensuring time, cost, and quality;
Plan and monitor activities and resources, managing delivery schedules;
Monitor project costs, revenues, and margins, in collaboration with Finance;
Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (technical, creative, operational);
Keep project documentation up-to-date (reports, SALs, deliverables, minutes, etc.);
Be the main interface with the client for updates, requests and alignments;
Prevent and manage critical issues, proposing organizational or strategic solutions.




**Technical skills required**:
Advanced experience in Project Management with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
Professional use of project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent;
**Budgeting and economic control skills**: cost/revenue tracking, gross margin analysis, forecasting and budgeting;
Excellent command of Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards;
Basic knowledge of administrative flows and project documentation (SOW, Gantt, reports, minutes, contracts, etc.);
Ability to draft and maintain up-to-date project documentation (schedule, checklists, SAL, etc.);
Good knowledge of technical English, written and spoken, for communication with international clients or suppliers.
**Optional technical skills**:
Certifications in project management, PMP®, Prince2®, Scrum Master, Agile PM.
