The Welder will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks as part of the shipbuilding and maintenance process. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, welding various metals, inspecting welds for quality, and adhering to safety standards.



Collaboration with other team members and departments is essential to ensure project completion and high-quality production. **Qualifications**
- Experience with various welding techniques (TIG, MIG, Arc)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of metal properties and welding safety standards
- Excellent attention to detail and strong inspection skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina and ability to work in varying conditions
- Previous experience in the shipbuilding or maritime industry is a plus
