Overview:
Reporting to the HSE Manager, the Environmental Specialist will play a key role in supporting the company in the implementation and continuous improvement of environmental compliance and performance of the manufacturing plants. Main Activities & Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include: - Monitor on-site operations to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal procedures;
- Manage operational and administrative aspects of waste management, including documentation, tracking and coordination with suppliers;
- Support the preparation, update and implementation of environmental procedures and work instructions;
- Prepare environmental reports, analyze KPIs and contribute to audits and inspections;
- Provide support in the preparation and submission of environmental permits and authorizations;




- Contribute to the implementation of environmental sustainability initiatives. Job Requirements: - Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Engineering or related scientific disciplines;
- Previous experience in HSE or environmental compliance roles;
- Good knowledge of applicable environmental regulations, including Legislative Decree 152/06 (waste management, emissions, water discharges);
- Familiarity with ISO management systems is a plus;
- Good knowledge of english (ability to read and understand technical documents);
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
