- Collect and input intake information, schedule consultations, and support the onboarding process.
- Screen prospective clients to ensure proper fit with the firm and identify conflicts of interest.
- Ensure every client receives a positive introduction to the firm by delivering client service at the highest standard.
- Provide clear information about the firm’s services and ensure smooth handoff to lawyers.
- Work closely with lawyers, assistants, and the operations team to keep client file management running smoothly.
- Open and close files as needed. **What We’re Looking For**
- Prior experience in a law firm, client services or sales environment is an asset.
- Process-driven and organized, with strong time management skills. A self-starter who can work independently, managing tasks efficiently and proactively.




- Excellent communication skills with a professional, empathetic and emotionally intelligent approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
