We seek a motivated employee who is diligent and meticulous to join our Quality Control (QC) team in Ferentino focusing on supporting stability sample management, procurement, inventory control, digital system implementation and lab support activities. **What you will do**: - Manage stability sampling tasks per protocols and GMP requirements. This involves planning and conducting scheduled sampling, retrieving samples from warehouses, labeling and documenting accurately, supervising storage conditions, and reporting deviations promptly.
- Manage procurement activities for laboratory consumables, reagents, standards, and chromatographic columns, including order creation in SAP/Ariba, delivery tracking, and invoice verification.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the timely availability of materials for analytical activities.
- Handle reception, storage, distribution, and disposal of laboratory samples, including analytical standards and columns.
- Check temperature-controlled systems and promptly bring up any deviations to the supervisor.
- Support budget monitoring and cost analysis with the Team Leader/Supervisor, finding opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Assist with documentation management, including collection, delivery, and archiving of SOPs, methods, and protocols.
- Contribute to basic digitalization activities,



such as updating shared records or systems, to support efficiency and traceability.
- Uphold 5S workplace organization principles and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
- Provide accurate operational data for departmental critical metrics (Operational Excellence, Right First Time, Timely Delivery). **What you bring**: - Technical diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., scientific).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with GMP requirements for stability testing and laboratory operations.
- Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with LIMS or other laboratory information management systems.
- Basic English language skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with attention to detail.
- Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Team-oriented approach and ability to collaborate across functions. **Nice to have**: - Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
