Your main responsibilities include: - Leading the monthly closing process of the site in compliance with group procedures and in coordination with the accounting team




- Preparing the monthly report highlighting variances and proposing action plans
- Preparing various performance indicators (productivity, etc.)
- Managing budget and forecast processes for the site in line with group guidelines
- Performing detailed product cost calculations at year-end
- Conducting ad-hoc product cost analyses and profitability calculations for investment projects
- Monitoring investment projects in collaboration with the project team
- Providing financial counsel to the local management team to facilitate decision making **Your profile**
- You have a Master's degree in Finance or a Business School degree
- You have 5 to 8 years’ experience in financial controlling in an industrial environment
- You are fluent in English and Italian
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Business Intelligence software is a plus
