✔ **Innovation & quality**: Represent a globally recognized brand known for cutting-edge medical solutions. **Your responsibilities** **Strategy & Organization (30%)**- Develop and execute **Sales & Pricing strategies** with the Sales Force.- Set **data-driven sales targets**, ensuring market opportunities are maximized.- Oversee **territory coverage** and optimize sales execution.- Prepare **sales, margin, and forecast reports** for management.- Drive **training & development** to enhance team performance.



**Sales & Business Development (70%)**- Build and maintain strong **customer & key account relationships**.- Support the Sales Force in **generating profitable opportunities**.- Manage **tender processes and offer creation**.- Represent the company at **events, conferences, and key meetings**.- Monitor performance and **optimize sales operations**.
- **At least 10 years of experience** in the **Medical Device** industry, preferably in a similar sales role. Strong knowledge of the hospital market and medical sales dynamics. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strategic relationships with key decision-makers. Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region. Fluent in Italian with a good command of English. **Preferably based in Rome, Naples, or Bari**.
