In this role, you will play a key part in managing the entire order process, supporting our export sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication with both internal teams and global partners. - Order Management: Order entry, order confirmation, tracking, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure sales objectives are met and provide back-up when necessary.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain functions such as purchasing, logistics, and shipping to ensure delivery timelines are respected.
- Maintain regular communication with international distributors regarding order status,



product availability, and required documentation.
- Prepare export documentation (invoices, delivery notes, certificates, etc.).
- Handle complaints and non-conformities in collaboration with the Quality and Sales teams ensuring reliable communication without fail.
- Provide back-office support to the Export Sales team. **Qualifications**: - Previous experience in customer service or export coordination within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages such as French and German are a plus.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (knowledge of D365 will be an advantage) and good knowledge of Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, customer orientation, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Punctual, precise, and flexible with strong problem-solving abilities.
