**Main duties and responsibilities**:
As a PhD Student, you will be expected to: - Develop theoretical and empirical economic models at the research frontier.
- Contribute to scientific publications, project reports, and international dissemination activities.
- Have full responsibility for your own Ph.D. dissertation.
- Participate in educational activities at EPFL (e.g., teaching assistant, supervision of student projects). **Profile**: - Knowledge or a keen interest in the field of the economics of innovation.
- Demonstrated skills in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
