- Leads a diverse team and plans resource allocation for employees in the group
- Cross checks and approves technical documentation, supports project execution

- Establishes internal guidelines and directives for the group **Qualifications**: - Engineering Degree or technical diploma
- 3+ years of experience in the role of Layout Group Leader for EPC projects
- Solid technical background, good process, product and plant knowledge.
- Extensive experience in piping discipline
- Decision-making, leading and communication skills
