- Participate in the planning of construction and acceptance phases.
- Lead progress meetings and report to stakeholders.
- Identify critical paths,



analyze delays, and propose corrective actions / identify opportunities for time savings.
- Short-term travels, particularly when defining the initial schedule with local project teams.
- Carry out the transfer with regular follow-up with all departments. Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years' experience in industrial project planning.
- Proficiency in MS Project and progress tracking tools.
- Experience in coordinating work in regulated environments (pharmaceuticals, chemicals, petrochemicals).
- Ability to manage several schedules simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with people at all levels and in all departments. Ability to work in different cultural environments (several different European countries).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Italian and able to communicate in English
