Product Manager - Italy Tours (Rome-Based)About the Role We are a growing travel experiences company seeking an experienced **Product Manager - Italy Tours** to develop, manage, and optimize high-quality tour products across Italy, starting with **Rome**. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in tours and activities who enjoys building products from the ground up and working closely with local partners. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, from identifying new opportunities to improving existing experiences, ensuring strong performance, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Research, design, and launch new tour products, with an initial focus on Rome
- Enhance and refine existing tours to improve quality and commercial performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local venues, guides, and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with partners
- Manage onboarding and ongoing coordination of vendors and products
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, purchasing, marketing, and sales
- Analyze product performance using customer feedback, volume, revenue, and margins
- Forecast demand and secure ticketing and inventory as needed




- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings
- Achieve revenue and performance targets for your portfolio
- Stay informed on travel and tourism trends impacting Italy **Requirements**: - Minimum **5 years of experience** in tour product management, destination management, or travel experiences
- Strong understanding of tours and activities
- Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Analytical, commercially minded, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized and able to work independently
- Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences
- **Fluency in English and Italian**: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Willingness to travel within Italy Work Location & Schedule

- Full-time role (40 hours per week)
