- Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing learning space that promotes children’s well-being.
- Encourage socialization and positive behavior through structured and unstructured play.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure consistency in teaching strategies and student support.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities. **Skills & Competencies**:



- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and instructional techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creativity and patience to adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles.
- Ability to create a warm and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills. **Requirements**: - Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification and experience in early childhood education.
- Knowledge of child development milestones and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
