- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of a diverse, international student cohort




- Use assessment data effectively to monitor progress, provide feedback and inform future planning
- Contribute to the school’s positive behaviour and pastoral systems in line with school values
- Collaborate closely with colleagues within the Science department and across the wider Middle School
- Participate in school trips, projects and enrichment activities that enhance student learning
- Engage actively in professional development and whole-school improvement initiatives
- Support extra-curricular activities where appropriate **THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
**Essential**
- A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
- Experience teaching Science at Middle School / Lower Secondary level
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students of varying abilities
- A collaborative and professional approach to working within a team
- The right to live and work in Italy (EU passport or valid work permit) **Desirable**
- Experience in an international or bilingual school setting
