As we scale toward new heights, we are seeking a **Director of Sales & Operations / General Manager** to drive growth, optimize sales, and expand our presence in the tourism and yachting sectors. This is a **full-time, year-round leadership role** for a strategic, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and aligns with the CEO’s vision. **Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage **day-to-day sales and operations** of the charter business.
- Develop and execute **strategic sales plans** to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Build and maintain **strong relationships with hotels, travel agencies, and DMCs**.
- Manage **online sales performance** and OTA partnerships (Viator, GetYourGuide, Expedia, etc.).
- Analyze **performance metrics**, identify trends, and implement process improvements.




- Conduct **market research** to identify new opportunities.
- Support the company’s **expansion strategy** while upholding luxury service standards. **Requirements**: - **Fluent English** (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Must **reside in the Sorrento area**; role is fully on-site.
- Strong **leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills**.
- **Results-driven, adaptable, and motivated**, thriving under pressure.
- Proven **experience in the tourism, boating, or luxury tour industry**, ideally in charter operations, luxury hotel concierge/reception, or equivalent.
