You will work under the guidance of experienced Officers, focusing on Corporate Banking activities and helping us stay compliant with financial crime regulations, especially anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions, and embargoes. Responsabilita: As a Junior Compliance Specialist, your main responsibilities will include: Handling Sanction Alerts: Reviewing daily alerts related to sanctions screenings. KYC Support: Assisting with the review of Know Your Customer (KYC) files for both new and existing clients. Compliance Guidance: Helping to provide basic KYC/AML advice to business teams. Supporting the review and occasional drafting of compliance policies and procedures. Project Involvement: Lending a hand with various compliance projects as they come up. Training Support: Assisting in the preparation and delivery of compliance training for staff. Reporting: Helping to gather data and prepare periodical compliance reports for local management.We are looking for:Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.Experience: experience in a compliance or AML support role within a financial institution, or relevant internships.
