- Respond to inbound sales leads from European markets and ensure timely follow-up and qualification.
- Proactively follow up with leads to help move opportunities toward conversion.
- Escalate unresponsive leads or dealer follow-up issues to the sales team.
- Connect qualified prospects with the appropriate dealer or internal team to complete the sale.
- Coordinate with Taiga’s dealer network to ensure leads are properly followed through.
- Provide front-line customer support by responding to inquiries related to orders, reservations, and product information, escalating issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and deal progress in the CRM.
- Track pipeline activity and flag opportunities that may require additional support.
- Support preparation of basic pipeline and lead activity reports for the European sales team.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and logistics to help resolve customer questions.
- Share feedback on customer questions, objections, and market insights gathered through interactions.
- Support coordination of demo requests and regional events by connecting customers with the appropriate dealer or Taiga team.
- Support customers and dealers across European time zones, providing regional coverage aligned with local business hours. **Requirements**: - 2+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, customer success, customer support, or a similar role.
- Fluency, written and spoke, in English and Italian, French preferred, and additional European languages also considered an asset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Netsuite a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes.
- Experience with powersport or marine products, personally or professionally is an asset
