- Developing and implementing Compliance Programs, with specific focus on Anti-Corruption, Trade Compliance, and Privacy.
- Organizing and implementing Ethics & Compliance training programs.
- Preparing periodic compliance reports for management.
- Contracts review (NDA, test agreements, lease agreements, sales or supply agreements) **Requirements**:
