We are looking for a **Chef de Partie** with good English skills to join a professional, multicultural team in a high-end kitchen in the Netherlands.
You will work in a motivated team that combine creativity, precision, and collaboration. This role offers stability, professional development, and the chance to work in a gastronomic excellence environment. **Responsibilities**: - Manage your station autonomously (grill, sides, desserts, etc.)
- Lead by example and support your team during peak times
- Ensure preparation, cooking, and presentation meet the highest standards
- Control stock, reduce waste, and assist with ordering when needed
- Strictly follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards
- Contribute fresh ideas for new dishes and seasonal menus **Requirements**: - Proven experience as Chef de Partie, ideally in fine dining




- Culinary studies and knowledge of modern cooking techniques
- **Good English skills (mandatory) - daily work language**: - Ability to work under pressure and in a team
- Knowledge of modern cooking and plating techniques
- Flexibility for evening/weekend shifts
