We are building a creator-led growth engine market by market. We’re looking for someone to join our team and help us grow our UGC program in Italy.

About The Role

Manage our UGC campaign in Italy
Find and recruit UGC creators
Work closely with our global GTM team who will teach you everything you need to know about the campaign

What you’ll do

Find and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram.
Negotiate rates, onboard creators, and manage campaigns.
Review content and give fast, clear feedback.
Keep creators, deadlines, deliverables, and payments organized.

You’re a great fit if

You are a native Italian speaker with good English skills
You’re organized and communicate well
You get things done and are a fast learner
Experience matters less than execution
