Senior Analyst - IT Support 1/2 livello Location: Milan, Italy.Responsibilities - Analyze and resolve first‑and second‑level incidents. - Prepare, provide support, and deliver laptops and phones used by our employees. - Manage escalated incidents or requests that require higher technical expertise or the involvement of subject‑matter experts internationally. - Monitor activities using the internal incident‑management tool ServiceNow (open, manage, and close cases). - Collaborate with international IT teams and participate in migrations and rollouts.
