**Clearance Required**: Favorable background check (U.S./Host Nation) Language on Demand, Inc. is seeking a **Contract Manager** to lead and oversee performance under our Army Community Service (ACS) support contract at U.S. Army Garrison Italy in Vicenza. This key leadership role ensures the smooth delivery of six service areas that support Soldiers, DoD civilians, and their families in relocation and integration services. **Responsibilities include**: - Managing the day-to-day execution of contract services
- Coordinating with ACS staff, COR, and instructors
- Supervising a multilingual, multicultural team
- Submitting reports,



managing performance data, and ensuring contractual compliance **Required**: - 2+ years in contract/service management
- Fluent in English and Italian (Level 4)
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills **Preferred**: - Experience working with DoD or U.S. military services
- Understanding of FAR and Army regulations
- Familiarity with ACS or community support programs **Work Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 0800-1700, excluding federal holidays Pay: From €45,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
